Ask before you buy, not after
WPdesktopmanager is made and supported by one person, so your message goes straight to whoever wrote the code. Say what it is about and write it here; the answer comes back to the address you give.
What helps me answer in one reply
- Before you buy: who hosts your sites and whether you have SSH access. With that I can tell you exactly how it will fit the way you work.
- Licence or activation: the last four characters of your key and what the app says on screen. Never the whole key, and never in a message you did not start yourself.
- Help with the app: what you were doing and where you want to get to. The Activity screen records what ran and what came back, and pasting that in usually gets you a complete answer first time.
- Installing: which operating system you are on — macOS, Windows or Linux — and its version. All three are supported, and the steps differ slightly per platform.
- Billing: payment runs through Polar as Merchant of Record. Your invoice is automatic and the portal link in your purchase email is the fastest route for anything billing.
Nothing here is stored on the site: the form sends the message on and keeps no copy.
